How will I find you at the festival?

Answer:

We are generally situated in the main shopping area of the camping area if this changes we would let you know by email and social media.

What time can I collect my purchases?

Answer:

We are usually open 24 hours a day during festival open days.

Does buying a camping package include tickets to the festival?

Answer:

Buying a camping package from Cosy Camper does not include a festival ticket. Festival tickets should be purchased separately.

You are not at the festival we want to buy a camping package for?

Answer:

You can still purchase a camping package but you will need to have this delivered to your home.

Can I take my tent home?

Answer:

Yes all your purchases belong to you and are yours to take home.

Will I need proof of purchase to collect items?

Answer:

Yes you will need a copy of your invoice (electronic copy will do) and proof of identity.

How long for deliveries?

Answer:

All items in stock are delivered within 3-5 working days and are required to be signed for.

Can someone else collect my goods?

Answer:

Yes you can nominate anyone to collect your goods please remember they will need a copy of the invoice (electronic copy will do) and proof of identity and you will need to have informed Cosy Camper Store who will be collecting your goods.

Can I have my goods delivered to an alternative address?

Answer:

Yes you can have your items delivered to any UK mainland address please remember that goods need to be signed for.

Can I collect my goods?

Answer:

All goods can be collected via our festival click and collect service. We currently do not have facilities for goods to be collected at our warehouse.
