Shipping and standard delivery charges
Most orders are delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally, however, we may experience unexpected problems with availability. In these circumstances, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Should we not be able to deliver your order within 5 working days, we will e-mail you, to let you know. Delivery charges are applied according to a simple banding structure based on the value of your order. You are only charged once per order.
Our current charges per order (as at 19th August 2007) are:

| Up to 1 Kilogram | £4.50 |
| Between 1 and 15 Kilograms | £8.50 |
| Over 15 Kilograms | Delivery priced on weight |
Please note - deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and outside the UK may incur an additional charge - you will be emailed with an accurate charge once your order has been placed and before we go ahead with delivery.
TRACKING DELIVERY ORDER
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an e-mail confirming that they're on their way. Your goods will be delivered by one of two methods depending on the size of the parcel.
1. Royal class for all small parcels that can be easily posted to you.
2. Proof on delivery signature service for all parcels up to 25kg.
Our carriers deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm.
