Cosy Camper – Click & Collect Tartan Heart Festival

Cosy Camper’s festival packages are available in one, two, three, four and six-person tents, with an equal number of sleeping bags. Larger groups will have to mix and match tents. Click the package you want and collect it from our onsite shop when you arrive at the festival. This gives you more room in the car for all the food (and, most likely, booze) you are going to consume during the festival. Just remember to take it home with you, or recycle it, when you leave. For all your other festival needs, visit our online or onsite shop. We sell the whole gamut of accessories, from phone chargers to pikachu onesies!

How Click and Collect Works

  • Order Online Before Deadline

    Step 1

    Our window for taking orders closes a bit before the start of any festival. After this time, we probably won’t be able to accommodate you.

  • Add products to your basket & select the festival you're attending

    Step 2

    Order ANYTHING online this includes single items and packages. Proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and select the festival you will be attending from the drop-down menu. Place order. Done!

  • Pick Up at Your Selected Festival

    Step 3

    Show us your invoice and proof of identity and walk away with your tent, sleeping bag(s) and mat(s). It’s as easy as that.

How will I find you at the festival?

Answer:

We are generally situated in the main shopping area of the camping area if this changes we would let you know by email and social media.

What time can I collect my purchases?

Answer:

We are usually open 24 hours a day during festival open days.

Does buying a camping package include tickets to the festival?

Answer:

Buying a camping package from Cosy Camper does not include a festival ticket. Festival tickets should be purchased separately.

You are not at the festival we want to buy a camping package for?

Answer:

You can still purchase a camping package but you will need to have this delivered to your home or you can collect from our shop in Buchanan Galleries Glasgow..

Can I take my tent home?

Answer:

Yes all your purchases belong to you and are yours to take home.

Will I need proof of purchase to collect items?

Answer:

Yes you will need a copy of your invoice and proof of identity.

How long for deliveries?

Answer:

All items in stock are delivered within 3-5 working days and are required to be signed for.

Can someone else collect my goods?

Answer:

Yes you can nominate anyone to collect your goods please remember they will need a copy of the invoice and proof of identity and you will need to have informed Cosy Camper Store who will be collecting your goods.

Can I have my goods delivered to an alternative address?

Answer:

Yes you can have your items delivered to any UK mainland address please remember that goods need to be signed for.

Can I collect my goods?

Answer:

All goods can be collected via our festival click and collect service or at our shop in Buchanan Galleries. We currently do not have facilities for goods to be collected at our warehouse.
